Lela ottsel and a balloon!
I think helium is great. I drew this in chemistry, as a small doodle on my notes about gas laws, orginally. And no. Sucking helium from balloons does not kill braincells. Sound merely travels at different speeds through different substances. The air mixture and pure helium, for example. If inert gases had an effect on your body, they would not be inert, now WOULD THEY?! Yeah, if all your breathed WAS helium, it WOULD kill your braincells and a lot of other things because, gee wow, there's no oxygen in helium! GASP. Art and a science lesson.
